We are looking for a full-time remote candidate who is looking to grow with us. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions for our firm.
• Write tests and process monitoring tools to ensure code quality and performance.
• Improve systems quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and mitigating risks.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases to reduce technical debt.
• Apply best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Manage the software development lifecycle.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to clarify the technical specifications and elicit effective feedback.
• Investigate new technologies for adoption.
• Create documentation for knowledge management and transfer.

Essential to Have

• Proficiency in frontend JavaScript frameworks, especially ReactJS and Redux.
• Proficiency in Python-based web frameworks, especially Django.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Has at least 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Familiarity with Babel, Webpack and other JavaScript staging tools.

Ideal Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Familiarity with version control and Git.
• Familiarity with AWS services or cloud-based services.
