We are looking for a dynamic Executive or Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Partner. This role involves efficiently managing both professional and personal tasks and projects for a diverse family of four and their extended family when necessary. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination and assistance across various aspects of their professional and personal lives

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handled administrative tasks, including reviewing mail, drafting correspondence, and preparing necessary paperwork.
  • Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate calendars and schedules, optimizing time management.
  • Facilitate restaurant and event reservations as required.
  • Coordinate content and flow of information to team members.
  • Schedule and oversee household maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle all travel bookings such as managing accommodations, transportation, and visa applications.
  • Assist in research projects related to the family's needs, such as education and healthcare.
  • Run personal errands as needed.

Essential to Have

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Software: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using various software tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom) to manage tasks efficiently.

  • Eligibility: Singapore citizen, Singapore permanent resident, or LTVP+; open to fresh graduates.
