What You Can Expect
Salary: SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,500 per month

Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations in the firm.
- Provide administrative supports to various departments which include duties such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, liaising and executing.
- Anticipate the needs of other departments in order to ensure seamless and positive experience.
- Actively participate in the ongoing updates and enhancements of existing processes and internal controls.
- Provide supports to the managing partners which includes duties such as scheduling and researching/fact-finding projects relevant to the family’s needs (e.g. education, healthcare, and etc) as needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Essential to Have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and etc.).
- Tech-savvy. You are comfortable with using technology to manage your work/ tasks (Example of SAAS that we are using are Asana, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, and etc).

- Singapore citizen/ Singapore permanent resident/ LTVP+.
- Open to fresh graduates.
